By accessing and using the EarnBridge platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Service Description

EarnBridge is Ghana's leading online earning platform that provides the following services:

  • Connecting skilled individuals with remote work opportunities
  • Providing various online earning opportunities including data entry, surveys, content moderation, and customer support
  • Processing work applications and task assignments
  • Managing work progress and quality assessment
  • Processing payments through Mobile Money, bank transfers, and other local payment methods
  • Providing customer support in English and local Ghanaian languages
  • Offering training and skill development resources

3. User Eligibility

To use our services, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a legal resident of Ghana with valid identification (Ghana Card or passport)
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • Possess basic computer literacy and internet access
  • Agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable Ghana laws
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Not be prohibited from using our services under Ghana law or international sanctions

4. Account Registration and Security

When registering an account, you must:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information
  • Choose a secure password and maintain its confidentiality
  • Verify your identity using valid Ghana identification documents
  • Keep your account information updated and current
  • Take responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized account access
  • Use only one account per person (multiple accounts are prohibited)

We reserve the right to refuse registration or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, especially for violations of these terms or suspicious activities.

5. User Conduct and Responsibilities

When using our platform, you agree NOT to:

  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Engage in any illegal activities or violate Ghana's laws
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Post harmful, threatening, defamatory, or inappropriate content
  • Attempt to manipulate or game the platform's systems
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated tools or bots to complete tasks
  • Interfere with the platform's normal operation
  • Attempt unauthorized access to other users' accounts
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Work Standards and Quality Requirements

When participating in work opportunities, you agree to:

  • Complete assigned tasks within specified deadlines
  • Maintain high quality standards as outlined in task instructions
  • Follow client guidelines and requirements precisely
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information and trade secrets
  • Report work progress honestly and accurately
  • Accept quality assessments and feedback constructively
  • Communicate professionally with clients and support staff
  • Not plagiarize or submit work that violates copyright

7. Payment Terms and Conditions

Regarding earnings and payments:

  • Payment rates are clearly specified before task acceptance
  • Payments are based on completed and approved work only
  • Weekly payment processing occurs every Friday
  • Minimum payout threshold is GH₵50
  • Available payment methods include Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), bank transfer, and digital wallets
  • We may deduct applicable taxes as required by Ghana Revenue Authority
  • Payment disputes must be reported within 30 days
  • Fraudulent earnings will result in account termination and legal action

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Regarding intellectual property:

  • Work created for clients becomes the property of the respective clients
  • You must not use client confidential information for personal purposes
  • All platform content, technology, and trademarks belong to EarnBridge
  • You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer our platform
  • Violation of intellectual property rights may result in legal action
  • You retain rights to your personal information and original creative works not created for clients

9. Platform Fees and Costs

EarnBridge commits to:

  • No registration fees or membership costs
  • No fees for applying to work opportunities
  • No monthly or annual subscription fees
  • Transparent fee structure for any premium services
  • All costs clearly communicated before service activation
  • Reserve the right to introduce fees for premium features with 30 days' notice

10. Service Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access in the following cases:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Provision of false or fraudulent information
  • Engagement in illegal activities
  • Repeated poor work quality or missed deadlines
  • Abuse of platform features or other users
  • Extended account inactivity (over 12 months)
  • To protect the platform and other users' interests

You may also terminate your account at any time, but must complete any ongoing work commitments.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited as follows:

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • We are not responsible for third-party actions or decisions
  • We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential damages
  • Maximum liability is limited to your earnings over the past 12 months
  • We are not liable for losses due to circumstances beyond our control
  • Platform availability may be affected by maintenance or technical issues

12. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with Ghana's Data Protection Act. Our data handling practices include:

  • Collecting only necessary personal information
  • Using data solely for platform operations and improvements
  • Implementing robust security measures
  • Not selling personal data to third parties
  • Respecting your rights to access, correct, and delete data

13. Dispute Resolution

For dispute resolution, we recommend the following process:

  1. First, attempt to resolve disputes through direct communication
  2. Contact our customer support team for mediation assistance
  3. Use formal complaint procedures through our platform
  4. Seek mediation through recognized Ghana mediation services
  5. As a last resort, pursue legal action through Ghana courts

These Terms are governed by Ghana law, and disputes will be resolved in Ghana courts with jurisdiction in Accra.

14. Tax Responsibilities

Regarding taxation:

  • You are responsible for reporting earnings to Ghana Revenue Authority
  • We may withhold taxes as required by Ghana tax laws
  • Tax receipts will be provided for withheld amounts
  • Consult a qualified tax professional for personal tax advice
  • We provide annual earnings summaries for tax filing purposes

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, pandemic restrictions, or other force majeure events affecting Ghana or our operations.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under Ghana law, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable. We will replace any invalid provisions with valid ones that best achieve the original intent.
